Does anyone know of any Truckstops that have fitness centers?

I went for the first time to a fitness center yesterday. In a room were some women dancing. There was this voice from a CD or something instructing them to lift their leg or squat or stretch or whatever. What kind of dance is this?

I’m going to bmt september 6th and I’ve been planning on starting to work out, but at the moment I’m just trying to get my push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and running improved for basic training. During tech school I’d like to begin working out to build muscle and get in shape and I’m wondering if keesler or sheppard have gyms on base?
