Curves fitness centers?

hi,
i want to know if anyone has been to Curves fitness centers anywhere? how do they compare to others? What is the cost/fees?
Weird to get a response from a man but here goes: I’ve asked other women that I know, my carpooler was attending and I would have to wait while she finished. She shared with me that it’s like a circuit. You would start at this machine and finish and between machines this little jumping session then move on to the next machine. This seems to work great for people that might wonder which machine they should or should not use amid the various machines at other gyms.
I’m not familiar with costs at this point.

curves is excellent if youve rarely worked out, or have never worked out. they have a circuit system in place thats easy to follow.
if youre a student, the prices are pretty standard (30 dollars a month.) i just graduated college, and went to join and somehow had to pay over 200 dollars to sign up. they try to make you commit for a year or even two years at some locations, which to me is kind of crazy.
ultimately, i ended up paying 50 dollars a month, and after a month i got sick of the same old same old and wished id joined the bally fitness center down the block that was 20 a month and i had a lot more choices on what to use. it depends on what youre looking for, but i often found that men came in and out of the curves i worked at regularly to chat with the receptionist, so the one reason i would have stayed (no male interference) was pretty much nonexistent and pretty distracting.
but its better than nothing!
