How much does it normally cost for a monthly membership costs for those Fitness Centres?
I am refering to those large fitness centers. What is the package they offer like? Gold, how much? normal, how much?

right now, as the economy is slowing, many of these places are offering deals.
2 things you should know before joining.
1) many have a one time membership fee up front, so while you may be asked to pay only $20/month, you may be asked to pay $100-200 as an initiation.
2) you should inquire about the difficulty of cancellation. you will not be a member forever, and many of these places have outrageous cancellation policies (even if you have been an loyal veteran customer)
i know from personal experience that 24 hour fitness/LA fitness makes it very difficult to cancel a membership and you may end up paying for several months that you do not use.
