Is Bally’s the fitness club associated with Bally’s the Las Vegas Casino?

As simple as that. Not much else to add, just want to know if there is any connection between Bally’s Fitness Club and the famous casino in Las Vegas.
They used to be. So no, not now. There was also another branch but they broke off also.
