Disturbing video of the Pennsylvania LA Fitness gunman George Sodini showing his house and his desire to impress women. George Sodini went to the LA Fitness Club 8-4-09, turning out the lights on the Tuesday night “Latin impact” dance-aerobics class fired shots at female patrons of the club. He killed 3 and injured 9 others before turning the gun on himself. He had talked about the events and carrying them out prior to that night on his blog.

I’m so happy those …
I’m so happy those women died and I am not a bad person. All the pain woman force on men added up is a lot greater than the grief of 3 women having their lives taken. Undesirable men feel robbed of their lives. Lives spent seeing women value other men so high and them as nothing because they are unattractive. They grow old, but hold onto their unfulfilled desires towards young woman but by now, all hope is gone. You cannot understand the pain George Sodini felt unless you have lived this life.

I thought this was …
I thought this was very interesting. Usually shooters are socially inept like George was describing himself. But he was also so organized and methodical with his journals and blogs, that he left a lot of insight into why he felt the urge to go on one of these shooting rampages. Ultimately I hope this helps people see both sides of the story and maybe reaches someone who feels the same way and prevents something like this in the future.
RIP George, and may the families you affected forgive you.

the fact i’ve been seeing and hearing people say “we should have reached out to him” is absolutely revolting. this man wasn’t searching for love – he was searching for pleasure for himself. it is true that he was possibly raised in a dysfunctional household. boo hoo. there are people i know who went through similar circumstances and the only thing they desire is for others not to go through what they had to grow up with. a pity there’s no for sodini to go to…

See, I subscribe …
See, I subscribe the theory that if you snap and kill a bunch of innocent people and then put the gun to your own head, then yes you have a mental illness. You’re right that the mentally ill sometimes blame innocent people for their problems. We need better ways to address that before violence happens. And regarding my handle, no absurd connection like that exists. Think simple (initials for example).

If he was taping this for females to see and maybe like what they see and want him then why did he say “The woman will really be impressed” instead of I hope that you are impressed and why did he also say “I’m sure she’ll be impressed” instead of saying I hope you are impressed. Its like he was not making this video for females to see and maybe want him. Its seems more like he was making this video as a excuse to justify to everyone what he was going to do.

how about the propensity for the mentally ill to blame innocent people for their own problems? and muder them? there’s no question he had a personality disorder, but i don’t know that he had a “mental illness.” he knew what he was doing was wrong. he was not delusional when he committed the murders. he wanted to hurt other people. i’d also like to ask you about your moniker, does it relate in any way to the horrific murderer BTK?

i heard he had done the video for a dating seminar. so the narrative makes a little more sense, i too would feel a little sorry for the guy if i hadn’t heard he spent tons on time trying to connect with very young women on the internet. his expectations seemed so unrealistic. it seems no matter how totally average the man, they never seem to consider dating an average woman, someone who might be a peer. they instead fixate on much younger or very attractive women, totally out of their league
