Is there an organisation responsible for Health and Fitness Clubs inc. indoor tennis facilities?

I am looking for market research data about these facilities e.g. how often are they used, average costs, construction costs, average size.

The Fitness Industry Association may be able to help, they represent over 1,500 clubs in the UK.
