I don’t want to train today… but I’m doing it anyway. Here’s a taste of one of the several circuits my trainer had me do at the gym today during my upper-body workout (plus a good amount of me talking in the car). I want to start showing you the kinds of exercises I do during my 3x/week weight-training sessions. My gym is really small and really basic, but it has everything I need (and it’s in a mall, so I can hit Victoria’s Secret after my workout). I weight-trained for a year with no significant weight changes. I got muscle, but kept the fat… it was all diet in the end. I’ve always juiced and eaten well, but cutting the processed foods changed everything!

Thanks for commenting… you got the muscle groups right. This was just a portion of my upper-body workout that day. I also did regular pull-ups, Bosu ball squat thrusts, inverted push-ups with mountain climbers… a bunch of terrible exercises
