At the gym with Chris: excerpts from my 9am workout with my personal trainer, Chris Gates.
Pre-workout breakfast: 1 1/2 scrambled eggs and one piece of low-fat turkey bacon. Post-workout sugary snack: watermelon slices. I missed the pre-workout carbs because it was an early session and I didn’t have time to juice with getting the kids ready for school. I’ll probably juice this afternoon between lunch and dinner. NOTE: my very cute videographer and husband, Justin, ran THREE MILES today during my workout… a personal best. I’m so proud of him
