    I’m not an expert but your form is perfect and controlled compared to some of the others who post on you tube. Can I ask, how much could you do the very first time you started? And how quickly did you get to where u are now?

    nice job. I prefer to not let my arms go past the plane of my body, but that is only my personal preference because I am a beginner and paranoid about shoulder damage. :P

    if the dumbbells are on the ground, stand up and pick them up with ur back straight not bent.

    dont pick up the dumbbells with each hand while sitting down on the bench.

    just lean back and when ur back is flat on the bench adjust ur dumbbells and just push up

    yes of course, u can do more reps if someone gives u the dumbbells before starting, for myself i can do 2 more reps.

    Does anyone else find the first rep the most difficult when they are kicking the dumbells up to themselves for this exercise? I find it is much easier if someone passes the dumbells up to u before starting
