reduce the pain, tips?

please no links to stupid 100% free sites and that kind of stuff, only helpful answers
I am feeling pain on my hips when i turn, i think its the born or something i am not sure
sorry, ithink its muscles

poor Ernie, you are NOT fit, give it a day or 2, relax and have a hot shower this will relax your muscles, don’t over exercise, as yu might get injured

    Ernie, please give more information on your pain and what you have been doing…

    Without that, I can only advise to stay hydrated, stretch, and not over-do your workouts.

    Pain as in physical pain? Try an NSAID such as alieve or tylenol or a topical analgesic gel like IcyHott or Ben Gay or Biofreeze

    Soak in the tub w/ Epsom Salt or Baththearpy. You can also use Ben Gay or Icy Hot. I just started working out also and can relate. This will work Be sure to take potassium or potassium rich foods.

    if it is pain you are feeling In your muscles, make sure you are stretching before and after exercising and also make sure that whatever exercises you are doing, you are doing the correct technique and working opposite muscle groups.

    e.g quads then hamstrings, chest then back.

    There is no gain without pain so feel the pain and know you are getting fitter assuming you are doing your excercise correctly. Otherwise if you must then steroids help fast recovery or marijuana is a great pain killer. Or take some pain killers, strong paracetamol or aspirin. Use Deep Heat spray on your muscles after a work out like the stuff athletes use. Drink high energy ionic drinks. Keep your sugar levels up. Thats about it really maybe just go and sleep it off. If you are seriously in pain go see a doctor.
