		<description>There is no gain without pain so feel the pain and know you are getting fitter assuming you are doing your excercise correctly. Otherwise if you must then steroids help fast recovery or marijuana is a great pain killer. Or take some pain killers, strong paracetamol or aspirin. Use Deep Heat spray on your muscles after a work out like the stuff athletes use. Drink high energy ionic drinks. Keep your sugar levels up. Thats about it really maybe just go and sleep it off. 		<description>if it is pain you are feeling In your muscles, make sure you are stretching before and after exercising and also make sure that whatever exercises you are doing, you are doing the correct technique and working opposite muscle groups.

e.g quads then hamstrings, chest then back.
