What’s the difference between an all women’s health club/gym and a health club where both men and women?

Is that one is for women only and the other for men and women as well. Some women feel more comfortable in a all women’s club. Personally I preferred the men and women’s club.

    The difference is that one is all women and the other is of mixed gender.
