can i use the photo health card as id to get into clubs?

my 19th birthday is coming up and the driving people are on strike so i cannot get my G1 license[i know im behind]but can i used the new photo health card to get into clubs?
For those of you who say no, why not?

no
because your health card is not allowed to be used as a form of id
its illegal in most places due to privacy issues
cant use it for cheques, renting cars
most places dont ask for it and wont/cant take it
