Does an employee at a fitness faculity need to be on duty 24 hours a day at a 24 hour center?
no. i worked for a library that was open 24 hours & there was staff there for all 24 hours, but each employee didn’t have to be on duty 24 hours.
May or June wedding in Orange County??

I am getting married next year at the Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club in Orange County. Originally I wanted the wedding in May 16, 2009, but that date is already taken. My alternative date is either 5/30/09 or 6/20/09 (both Sat).
Do you think it’s too hot to get married in June? I am having both an outdoor ceremony and reception.
Also, if anyone had a wedding (or been to a wedding) at the Coto de Caza golf club – what are your thoughts on the location? I haven’t confirmed with the place yet, but I need to do it soon. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

What is best health club/gym in London?

I need to change my gym, I am member of Fitness First and lately it became so crowded, it is off-putting to fight for machines and I jump from leg exercise to abs etc… It is chaotic. Which club is good value for money? I like swimming, I wouldn’t mind club with a pool, but which one?

Early this month, the Corps introduced a new fitness test that goes way beyond the current PFT that measures pull ups, crunches and a timed, three-mile run. The new “combat fitness test” — which will be administered in addition to the standard PFT — is more representative of what Marines are doing on deployment. The Sad Story of George Sidoni – ‘The LA Fitness Killer’

Four people were killed, including the gunman, during a horrific shooting at the LA Fitness Center in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, a small community near Pittsburgh. The gunman walked into an aerobics class of all women and turned out the lights… He kept a blog of his journey.
It’s quite clear to me that Sidoni had a broken heart, which was never healed. It’s these kind of scenarios that allow us to lose rationality and partake in the irrational. Coupled with lonliness the pain causes a self destructive mindset as one thinks they are not good enough. They say “It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all.” What do you think?
