I am going to join my local health club (life time fitness) to swim in their indoor pool to get in better shape what should i bring to the club?

swimsuit and goggles. fins if you like

it’s also called being a fatty, I’m kind of…how do you say, umm hearty…and I fear that I might break a machine and have to pay for it.

I broke a Breathalyzer machine once at a bar, I just ran away bouncing off the other patrons with my hands waving frantically and yelling " YOWSA"

HELP! when people leave school they are advised to join a health club, but why?

Because a lot of teenagers are stupid and when they leave school they don’t stay active or eat right so they need extra help also you wont have pe and stuff although when I left school I didn’t get fat some people I know did.

The Fitness Club has an annual membership fee of $285.

My cost per visit is $2.74

Please keep in mind that i am only a student yet spent a lot more time on the leaflet than an average company would. And i really dont know how many hours i worked.

Call some professionals that do this and ask them how much they charge and then charge less.

i goes to Cal Poly Pomona, sadly.. they do not have any water sport clubs or teams.
i wanna join a rowing team, or any other kind of water sports. and i was wondering if you guys know any places that have these activity and is close to my school.
or any aquatic center that have rowing or any other water sports club that i can join.

Newport Aquatic Center is about a 45 minute trip, but may be worth the effort.

Alright I’m just gonna be straight up with my question.

Club fitness is a 24 hour gym and there is no management/employees there late night
their door unlocks when you hold a card up to the scanner.

you can hold the door open for someone but i don’t know if some sort of alarm or something goes off when someone without a card enters the building.

so basically

can i just swipe my card at the door and both me(member) and my friend(nonmember) walk in?

I belong to the gym Anytime Fitness and it also is a 24 hour establishment. They have limited staffed hours and you gain access through an electronic key card. The rules at my club are that you can only have a guest during staffed hours and there are limits. They also have cameras all over the place and they have signs that say you are being monitored. I’m sure your club must have cameras as well and I wouldn’t risk it unless you wish to lose your membership trying to sneak a friend in.

The New York Sports club has supposedly clean towels that are anything but clean. They smell, are sometimes stained and members are getting infections/viruses on their hands and other parts of their body. Management is indifferent; they say "Hey, if you don’t like it, quit!" However, the local indpendent spas are no better. Lugging large towels to the gym are a logistical nightmare. Should the members go to the news media? Or are there health code laws being violated?

Lawsuit. Just mention it casually to the manager or owner as you are leaving. Also mention health code violations, reckless endangerment, and then "lawsuit" again for good measure. After all, they really are endangering you, since Hepatitis B or A are a very real possibility here, as well as some necrotising forms of Staph. In my opinion, shooting them would be an excellent idea – but I’m a Texan…hey.

I plan on joining 24 hour fitness pretty soon and I’m saving my money for a membership and I want to know all the plans/offers and how much a membership costs.

So i want to wear boxers to, you know, its cool. I know they are comfortable and stuff, and i love wearing them under jeans, but my question……… When i put athletic shorts on top of them, my dick is clearly visible. Can you give me some tips on ho to wear boxers.
