We are a fitness facility that independent personal trainers can utilize to train their clients in a friendly, comfortable environment with state-of-the-art equipment. Training sessions are purchased on an as needed basis to give maximum flexibility to trainers and clients. Online scheduling is available.

By offering per-session pricing, you and you clients have unlimited scheduling flexibility, which can be done online, in person or by calling the office. Call for a tour or just drop by!
