What we hope to do here is offer some feedback on the show and take a closer look at how mainstream Hip Hop got to where it is today and discuss what we need to understand about the images and messages in Hip Hop music.

Early this month, the Corps introduced a new fitness test that goes way beyond the current PFT that measures pull ups, crunches and a timed, three-mile run. The new “combat fitness test” — which will be administered in addition to the standard PFT — is more representative of what Marines are doing on deployment. Four people were killed, including the gunman, during a horrific shooting at the LA Fitness Center in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, a small community near Pittsburgh. The gunman walked into an aerobics class of all women and turned out the lights… He kept a blog of his journey.

It’s quite clear to me that Sidoni had a broken heart, which was never healed. It’s these kind of scenarios that allow us to lose rationality and partake in the irrational. Coupled with lonliness the pain causes a self destructive mindset as one thinks they are not good enough. They say “It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all.” What do you think?
