Custom Built Personal Training provides anywhere from one to three comprehensive Introductory Workouts to all members of In-Shape Health Clubs in the Central Valley. The Introductory Workout includes the following:

* Thorough review of your health and exercise history.

* Detailed discussion of your fitness goals and a road map on how to achieve those goals.

* Body Fat composition test.

* Machine orientation or workout tailored to your fitness goals and experience.

* An educational segment that helps you avoid the most common pitfalls that prevent health club members from achieving their fitness goals.
