Kimberly Fowler and YAS Fitness Centers

Yoga expert Kimberly Fowler, founder of YAS Fitness Centers and creator of the original Yoga for Athletes® and The No OM Zone Yoga Workouts® DVDs, relates a little of her inspiring life story. A cancer survivor as a young triathlete, Fowler went on to start the yoga for athletes revolution. Nike’s longtime Yoga Spokesperson, Fowler has also spoken on behalf of Lance Armstong’s Livestrong Organization.
